Psychologists for Social Responsibility is please to present two annual awards, the Anthony J. Marsella Prize and the Josephine “Scout” Wollman Fuller Award. Please click on the links below for more information about each of these honors.
PsySR’s Anthony J. Marsella Prize for the Psychology of Peace and Social Justice is given annually to recognize outstanding psychology-based contributions in scholarship and action by an individual in one or more of the following areas: Peace and Nonviolence, Poverty, Human Rights, Humanitarian Assistance, Spirituality, and Social Action. The Josephine “Scout” Wollman Fuller Award was initiated in 2008 by Psychologists for Social Responsibility and the parents and family of “Scout” to honor the memory and life of “Scout” who passed away in 2007 following her struggle with cancer. Scout was only eight years old when she passed away. The Award is given annually to an individual or organization involved with peace and social justice for children.
